Sunday Roast

Lamb - Wrapped in foil and roasted in oven for over an hour to suck up its own juices and come out tender.
Carrots - Boiled with a pinch of salt.
Mash - Potatoes boiled and mashed weith some butter for flavour.
Yorkshire Puddings - Aunt Bessies are great for a quick dinner and less messy!!!

This is great for keeping an eye on how you eat if you cook yourself!! lol

Started To Be Active....


Started to get back into Wii boxing again.... Been a loong time since playing it.. Doesn't help when Doreen is in alot and has the tv on all the time!! But cant complain too much!!! I get time on Saturdays to work out more!!! Did last Saturday and my right side of my back is still aching... and feeling more active in myself aswell... Got into using my ab trainer again... but really its the flab in front of my muscles I've got to shift, not the muscles that are fairly toned up behind it!!! You can feel they are firm but the flap in front of it shows otherwise!!

So sweaty exercise and better eating habits.... YEAH RIGHT!!!!!

3months Away From The Scales

I weighed myself last night and found that in 3months I've put on 5lbs... And friends think that I've lost weight since I seen them in June. But I lost weight after then and put on since august. But really want to get Wii Fit+ and get a good sweat on!! My tum has got muscle!! But has a flabby bit over it so gotta sweat it off. Hope if I get enough hints dropped to my fella.... :-P
