Green Tea.... Weight Loss!??

I have found out that although green tea has antioxidents and is very good for you... Also that it boosts your metabolism and you will lose weight alot quicker with a great veried diet and drinking green tea with stable exercise.
I will be drinking the green tea once a day in the morning and seeeing how my weight is affected with varied diet and playing on the Wii once a week... 

This will start on Monday...
Will weigh myself and then start drinking the tea once a day, then will weigh myself every morning for 3weeks and see how my weight has changed... More or less weight will be recorded and if it works will recommend to all to get drinking green tea once a day and get playing on the Wii for the exercise needed to get it going!!!

PLEASE let it be that THIS is the cheap alternative to DIETING and Gym memberships!!!
