Healthier foods...

I know that eating healthier is key to losing weight... but also burning fat off ur body is key also... Getting hot n sweaty an ddrinking more fluids..
I have got few more healthier foods and got to get the Wii Fit+ and get onto that more... But doesnt help that the only place In can use it is in the living room n someone is always using the TV.... SIGH!!!  but determined to start it at work though.. Get a good sweat on!! LOL

So my New Yrs Resolutions are in effect.... :-D
