Been Bad Girl!!

I have been really good since my visit to the Docs Monday, eating habits are being suppressed with drinking water and chewing gum to keep jaw busy.... and I do feel lil more tired but that is due to eating less, smaller portions and burning off fat!! Not sugar I've just consumed!

But today I have found myself giving in to junk food lil more today... So will have to eat less tomorrow and burn more running around work!! LOL

And I haven't ben exercising for quite a while now... Since eating less and trying to supress cravings I have been slowly shifting it... And find that if I eat too much than I have been doing fro the past few weeks my tummy lets me know it doesnt like too much... and yet its the normal amount I used to eat!!

Docs help

Ive bin struggling with weight for too long nnw and have bin getting advice from docs about how to tackle it.. July I was 65lbs, today I am just over 64lbs so I have lost a little!

Yaaay! Making progress and to me I can see and feel it! :-D
