Soo sorry peeps… Was supposed to be sticking to my routine of Wii Fit Plus but for some reason, with contractors being in ripping radiators out, heating system and pipes then replacing them all, furniture had to be moved and GOD was it hell to life with! Cold during the night and doors open during the day, mess everywhere and nowhere to sit, nothing to do and getting the way! So had to stay out for the hours I wasn’t working.
And now getting my new bed today as well… so soon as have tidied up, tried to, then will get back on it today… Have missed 3days of workout and weigh in’s so we will see if have put back on or lost!
