shall I Count Cal's...?

I have been thinking quite a lot lately since it seemed I had lost 3lbs in space of 8hours!
I really need to stick to one outfit for when I go on BB and make sure it is Light.. and then I know that the weight is measured consistantly, not up and down so sharply cos I wore my jumper and jeans and not my leggings and T-shirt!

But since starting to eat a little more healthier, I have been thinking.. maybe cutting out quite a bit of sugar isnt the only thing I have to do... Started to buy more Weight Watchers ready meals again.. The ones I like anyway.. too many are plain and not that nice to eat without dousing it in salt and vinegar!
But shall I start to Count Calories when I eat packaged food? Or maybe just buy more fruit and juice to have when Waiting to start next shift at work.. Leaving money at home could help.. Then won't be tempted to buy sweets and crisps whilst sitting there, bored and seeing the bad food shouting to be freed! LOL

Surely it would help more! then if am eating fruit, won't feel as hungry and more hydrated with the juices from them as well! Yeah... fruit, Juice and chewing gum.. Fruity gum more than mint... found the mint gum leaves a bad film in the mouth and so trying to get rid of it when away from home is horrid! So end up eating junk to get rid of the bad feeling in the mouth!

So hopefully I will find that teh sharp drop in weight hasn't gone back up.. And it ias dropped a bit more! YAAY!! So Go ME!
