Since sunday I have been lazy and comfort eating.
My diet has gone out the window!

So tonight I will get on the Wii, weigh myself n get stepping! I know I feel loads better after! Its just getting motivated to get to it!

Right now, SNAP OUT OF IT RITA! And get bk to it so confidence builds, can get better job and feel n look great! :@ I cud scream at myself right now! :'(

Well Done!

Cannot believe how well behaved I have been! And how fuller I feel! Haven't had any slimfast today.. Cooked meal tonite so had bowl of cereal which has kept me going alot longer than it used to. A third of a pk of crisps - just didnt fancy them after all. Apple and pk of crisps with juice drink.. And have hour walk home so determind to burn baby burn!

Proper Plan

Now have to follow slimfast properly! And according to them, they want people to have
*3 snacks a day - fruit, veg or slimfast snack
*2 slimfast meals - shakes or meal bars
*1 main meal - 600 calories

So working from this I plan to do the following during the day..

Snack on 80 - 100 calories.. Fruit if can.
Main weight watchers meal at lunch time - 600 cal or less
Fruit snack or 80 - 100 cal
After work or around tea time hav either a shake or meal bar
Then exercise like mad! Do this for a while maybe replace main meal for shake.. Hoping I can start to seriously get weight shifting!
My habits are getting better. I snack less and feel real hunger pains not cravings. Just got to get the exercise side going again with my new eating routine.. Slim me, here I come!

Target Weight – 9st 12lb

As usual I lose a bit from BMI but not from weight.. .so right now being able to count my calorie intake and hoping I am burning more than consuming... Hoping that I am losing steadily... And so on Sat will but Slim Fast and get onto their drinks for meals.. then have one main meal.. Counting on chewing gum as usual to stave off the cravings... Although I haven't really being craving recently since being dedicated! Hee Hee!! Do hope that it does start to work!

Knew that my bad eating and drinking would catch up with me... Well, Today have joined up with Slim Fast and will start on the diet plan as soon as I get paid on Fri... Yes, I kow! I should start today!! ASAP! But with no cash, I can't stat taking the shakes and such can I!? I have been trying to slow my eating down, small snacks and smaller dinners...

Really doesnt help when your tummy REALLY IS as big as your dinner plate!

I only need to lose 1lb and reach my Target weight.. But after all that drinking... it will eventually hit me badly!

For some reason My eating habits are all over the place!! And always have been really... Hence whatever I do to toy to shift this fat from me... Never works!! It's caked on me!! UGH!

With sum help I have finally realised that I cant go on eating the way I am.
My diet is allover the place and no matter how much exercise, I put 3x as much back in!

So will have my last indulgence tonight and start exercising n kicking the bad habit!

Eating is my disease, food is my drug and I am unable to shift fat! :-(

So I have gone back to 9st 13lb. Wonder how long for though. I have been watching how much Cal’s I am eating and enjoyed a good 10min boxing session on Wii Fit Plus so gotta b good sweating like crazy!

And tonight and tomorrow will be walking home! So it is all good! Thinking of my usual fast pacing walk home.. YAAY!!

BMI wend down a teeny bit... But still weight 10st 1lb. So can't be too bad I think... EEEP!

Have been watching my calories a bit over the past 2days... And really did wonder if the Choc bar I couldn't resist had plagued me... But it hadn't even registered! hee hee.
I done this soon after eating Lamb steaks and chips covered with salt and vinegar... And that hadn't even been digested and never registered as extra weight inside me! LOL

So no change there... What a coincidence!! LOL

I made sure to wear same as before and click Light Clothing being worn so.. At least I haven't put any on... :-D

So now I have stepped up a gear... OMG!! Shows what happens when you wear heavier clothes and tell them you wear heavy clothing one time... they take more off and then lighter clothes they take less off the next time... and find the weight shoot back up when it cramatically fell off the first time!

Soo gotta invest in some Gym Gear!
