Now have to follow slimfast properly! And according to them, they want people to have
*3 snacks a day - fruit, veg or slimfast snack
*2 slimfast meals - shakes or meal bars
*1 main meal - 600 calories
So working from this I plan to do the following during the day..
Snack on 80 - 100 calories.. Fruit if can.
Main weight watchers meal at lunch time - 600 cal or less
Fruit snack or 80 - 100 cal
After work or around tea time hav either a shake or meal bar
Then exercise like mad! Do this for a while maybe replace main meal for shake.. Hoping I can start to seriously get weight shifting!
My habits are getting better. I snack less and feel real hunger pains not cravings. Just got to get the exercise side going again with my new eating routine.. Slim me, here I come!
