Target Changed!

Well it is the day of target change on my Wii Fit Plus - and ended up putting weight on...

Back to 10st now and not happy about it! :-( But at least it is still less than my target of 10st 4lbs I had put down to maintain. So chuffed I didnt go up that high. So now getting on track with my eating habits.. Got soem ready meals to have once a day and fruit to munch on when at work between shifts. Really do need to get on with workouts... but with the fact I dont walt to work anymore, isn't really helping.. But fingers crossed I hear back from jobs I have applied for and get chance to have days to work and evenings to work out and walk everywhere..

Things will get better - eventually! So my new taget on the Wii is to lose 2lbs in 2 weeks.. I know... That you can lose in 2days! But you have to think.. witht he lack of exercise these days and recent eating going OTT, Do have to be a little realistic! Fat seems to be harder to shif toff of me really. But have been sucessful though so will just have to be strict wiht my food intake again.. ove food too much but do need to starve for a while and stop feeling so hungry after a while of strict routine.

I WILL DO IT!!!!

It's Gotta Stop!!

My eating has been a bit out of control.. do need to get back into my routine but has been real hard lately with being a bit down and cravings are running amock!
So got back from Body Pumping and bought some fruit and small ready meals for the week. I know many do have quite a bit of fat in, but have to think - if that is my ONLY meal in the day and have a peice of fruit or 2 then i'm more likely to lose weight and burn more fat with walking... though being back on my school run again really isn't healping wih the fact I get picked up from home and sit there.. The only walking i do is to and from the car and home from evening work. That's it! Whereas during the holidays, I was walking to work and home again.

Well fingers crossed to new job so can have evening to myself, walk to and from work and workout during the week too! Do fancy that Vibrating plate thing... If I had enough money (and space) would but one and get on it! but not knwoing how it works or if would be tempted to buy it and leave it to rot in the corner, best to see about the classes at the leisure centre.

Well think will weigh myself tomorrow - wish me luck!

Well.. Lost Again!

well what can I say..? In 4 days, I have lost 1lb! YAAAY ME!! lol

Have been soo chufed to find that I am dropping and then end up munching a bit recently.. Do need to reign it in more! Gettign BAD now. but will get on Wii tomorrow / today and get working more on cardio to burn more off.. Will enjoy it too as always do! LOL

So soon going to see about getting back into doing the Wii Fit Plus a little more. As well as having the Gym to go to and the Classes I am doing at the moment - Things can only get better Right..?

Stayed Same! YAAAY!!

After 2weeks of eating 1 meal a day then binging for nearly 4days - I'm still 9st 12lbs!! yaay!! Soo chuffed to see that my weight hasn't changed much. Well, more chuffed it hasn't gone up than down really. But just as I wanted to get on the Wii to do some exercises as wella s wigh myself, the batteries go in the remote AND the board!

Typical! lmao!! So will be carrying on with the walking, tensing my tummy whilst working and today only had a banana so will stick to that for the day. Nothing more.. So wonder how much I can lose in the next 2 weeks..? Another 2lbs or more?

Finally got a consultation at the leisure centre for my 10 week refferal. Can't wait to get on with that during the week and the Body Pumping at the weekend.. Remids me! Got to book myself in for this weekend!
