Well it is the day of target change on my Wii Fit Plus - and ended up putting weight on...
Back to 10st now and not happy about it! :-( But at least it is still less than my target of 10st 4lbs I had put down to maintain. So chuffed I didnt go up that high. So now getting on track with my eating habits.. Got soem ready meals to have once a day and fruit to munch on when at work between shifts. Really do need to get on with workouts... but with the fact I dont walt to work anymore, isn't really helping.. But fingers crossed I hear back from jobs I have applied for and get chance to have days to work and evenings to work out and walk everywhere..
Things will get better - eventually! So my new taget on the Wii is to lose 2lbs in 2 weeks.. I know... That you can lose in 2days! But you have to think.. witht he lack of exercise these days and recent eating going OTT, Do have to be a little realistic! Fat seems to be harder to shif toff of me really. But have been sucessful though so will just have to be strict wiht my food intake again.. ove food too much but do need to starve for a while and stop feeling so hungry after a while of strict routine.
I WILL DO IT!!!!
