Scales Are Working!

I now have batteries for my Digital Scales.. So now you will know my weight in lbs..

142.7 lbs = 10st 1lb. So now i know exactly how much i weigh and how much i am losing.. Digital is so much easier to read and the numbers are big! So dont have to get someone else to read it for u or squat trying to stay still.

Eating has slowed again.. I had gone slightly off the rails. But i am more than eager to see my weight go down and feel better in myself
