Sorry..... No Bikini This Yr!!!

I'm gutted!!! that all my hard work and determination hasn't paid off... and getting depressed with work hasn't helped either!!! at least my weight didnt go up or down too much during.....

But it doesnt seem to stay steady tho... it gets to around 135lbs - 141lbs now Dr's might say that can be normal as retaining fluid and food then losing it during the day and weeks and then gaining it again. but I say YAY to when I lose... and BOOO when I gain!! Why doesnt it just STAY OFF!!!!

And people wonder why some get SSOOOO obsessed with it!!! That they weigh their food and their shit aswell to see how much the body has retained... But they don't nderstand that it is what it combined IN the food that puts weight on not how much it weighs after it passes!!!
  • Sugars
  • Salts
  • Fats - Saturates and Poly Unsaturates
  • Carbs
  • Artificial Ingredients
These all can make your body turn it into fat to store for later - Incase You don't eat later!! 
Which we know you will eat probably 10mins after your main meal!!! And I don't mean the pudding!!
All I can say is, I will try again with the exercising as that seemed to be helping a bit with losing... And with eating little more regularly and consistantly, maybe body won't hold it all and maybe burn the bits it already kept for later!! Wouldn't THAT be nice!??!??
