Weight



I weigh 135.5lbs today... With no diet and no exercising... In fact have been more lazy with no school run and just doing evening shift!!! Shows that less can well be more!! LOL

But soon will start back onto my exercising game again and see how much I can lose this time. Most i had got down to was 133.5lbs from 149.1lbs so with the fact I have done less but eating little more regularly seems to be good for me... Little and often!! feel bad eating often.. i do craveto snack alot!! but think having 2main meals a day works now I've got time to!!
