I have stopped exercising for a while due to being depressed and wanting to get sorted with my work life... now stopped doing day shift just do school run n evenings I have more time for myself and to get bk into Exercising again... think will try a few days a week to get excited about doing it again as i have lost interest in it....
So I do hope that with more time to exercise and maybe get confidence to get back into it all!!
