Think its Obsession!

Nw just weighd myself n am 136.6lbs. Wil see how body processes food n drink frm very late tea 9pm and try burn off eithr cardio or boxing..

Thinkin 2much bout healthier foods that wil do seperate shop frm main food shop we do! Fella doesnt like 2eat new foods 2often and healthy 4im is garden peas, pickled onions, beetroot, salad cream n piccalilli! Lmao!!
I can do salads, any fruit, raw veg etc. but atm am havin less chips n more pasta n rice wiv meat n fish.. All the chipshop batterd fish n processd chicken in crumbs or marinade.. At least am cuttin fat intake dwn! Lol

Am enjoyin havin a tin of broken manderins durin day.. Vitamin c, juice and natural sugars no fat! Pure health in a tin! Yay!! 25p 2 cant go wrong!
