
Up to 137.7lbs today. Which isn't too bad...
Have been doing my Boxing workout 2day... Mum-in-law-2be was out so got 2sessions in... Legs are toning and arms feel nothing really... Should be feeling slight ache in arms btu think cos I'm used to it now I need to get my lower body sorted!! lol But really wana concentrate on my Torso though... that needs to be shifted!! and with trying to eat less fat n smaller portions... think body will think its starving and so eat it off me!!! YAAYYY!! Get this FLAB off me!!!
