I am determined this time to lose weight... had noticed when was on holiday in Schotland that we didnt eat as much and lost a bit of weight... so now starting to eat less calories adn burn more off... so can lose it differently than was trying to ages ago... eating normally but burning less off than eating!!
So... How has the eating regime going now then..? Well, got back into my salads - experimenting with sun-dried tomatoes and mozzarella balls... lovely!! and soon wanting to try new things but fro now that works for me this week... less eating, more working out!! Now was for that.....
I havent been on my Wii - I know... but have bee working my butt off at work!! so sweating lik a pig and feeling energized but fatigued at same time is great!!

Do hoep to be more into losing weight now... and if /when i see it shift off me will be even more determined to get it off me!! LOL YAAAAAYY!!
