Work Out Regime

Today I have been trying to get myself back into my exercise again. Due to the fact that I find it difficult to get on the Wii when I wish to, I have to make time to get on now.

So Wednesdays and Saturdays n Sundays will be my workout days. So I do hope that being able to get back to it will help me to eventually lose weight.. as my eating regime is starting to get back to normal. Well, say normal I mean I’m trying to cut down on how much I eat and try to burn more than I take in. Which should help to lose more.

Since finishing Physiotherapy sessions, I am eager to join a gym to get started on burning more quicker with facilities that would me more available to me. Gymophobics looks quite good and with the fact that it is in town and looks small inside, there won’t be as many in there to work out at the same time as me. So will feel better about being there.

But there is also the referral system with the hospital to go to the gym for a cut down price for 10 weeks. Like rehab for people who suffer with physical problems. Me having my chronic back ache. So will do that for 10 weeks and hopefully gain confidence to go the gym and after will join the women only gym.
