Slowed My Eating Again…

Over the past few months I have been yo-yoing up and down with my eating habits.. Not good I know. But have been sort of stressing out over getting my surprise party sorted for the love of my life. So have been eating due to that and then stopped for a few days cos stress was making my tummy go off on one!

But have started to take control again and slowed down again to controlled amounts.. Trying to make them less now and try to burn more than I consume. Which is how to burn off body fat you carry rather than what you literally just ate! But right now I have been feeling a little tired and getting myself motivated to get back into exercise is tough.. Less cleaning and more exercise would be great! Wouldn’t feel so deflated about getting out of bed then…..
