So my Gym referral has finally got through! Went wednesday morning to
fill out some forms and finalise things before doing walk around the
Gym and see hwo things work. Then soon going to start going once a week
to work ou loads to burn much of my fat off of me.
Really
need to get that started up soon and finally get going with my workout
again and food intake. It hasn't been too good recently. Think I am soon
due on as my hormones are allover the place and cravings are off the
scale! So really do need to reign it in..
