Was quiet at the Power Plate yesterday. Which was nice in a way.. Got the legs, core and arms going and now aching a bit from the workout today. Not as much as my first session which was brutal! But, did work little harder to kind of punish myself for the bad eating recently.
So enjoying all this free time I have this week. Although with that I do have to walk to work and home again.. so getting more exercise than when I am doing school run and being dropped off at work.. So being good(ish) as regards the food and eating so far.. slowed quite a lot and hope to start to notice some weight loss.
Who am I trying to kid..? It took me over a month to lose 4lbs last time and a few days to put it back on..! Don’t want to stop now but need to get my head around food and exercise will help better then..
Do wish my shoulder would get better though.. Really hasn’t recovered since pulling it few months ago..
