Thoroughly enjoyed my session on the Power Plate this afternoon… Much better and easier on me this time around than my first time.. Talk about putting me off!
So this time around was more overall workout rather than it being concentrated on just the legs and cardio.. Was very good! Loved doing it even when I was puffed out! heehee
Right I haven’t had too much to eat today.. 3 nutella sandwiches and few grapes. I know, defeats the object of the workout.. but you have to admit, I’ve still got running around at work tonight do to as well as an hour long walk home.. So need some sugar to burn off as well as fat! As would be run down before I even start!
So having a little sugar will help a load to get the fire burning and then reserves will be burnt more easily when in full swing!
