Working Things Out

So right now have been getting back into my old eating regime. Well slowly trying to. So have my letter from the Leisure centre for my gym membership on Referral. Need to ring them about consultation. I do hope that I can get the Body Pumping reduced rate as well! Would love that! With doing the gym during the week and then Body Pumping at weekend would be the best way for me to get into losing weight and get fit!

Still walking to and from work. Even though have been away for 3 days and not 2 it feels like I've been off for a month! Getting abck into it again is hard work. But will soon get into it and feel better about it! Might weigh myself tonight and see if I have put on any weight since the weekend. If so, will get back into getting it off! :-(

Weight is a pain when it likes to stick to you.. When you really don't want it!

Best/Worst Weekend Away!

Best Weekend
So went to see family and friends or the Bank Holiday weekend and it was the best! Great to get away from it all and have time with different loved ones. Hee hee sorry Baby Boy do love you xXx
Catching up with my bestie I haven't seen in over a year was great! Everyt ime it worked out I was able to come over, she would be away! So we missed each other by literally hours as she would go the same day I was on my way over! :-( But catch up was Best! Nephews are growing up fast! Youngest doesn't always remember me but knows soon enough once Big Bro come to me. And so enjoys being with me and begging for my attention as kids do! Love those boys... Sisters are doing well in life and Dad is getting through well.

Worst Weekend
Well what can I say - I really wouldn't be writing about my weekend on here if it didn't have anything to do with food! :-S
I have been such a PIG! Walked nearly everywhere I could but food wise? Double choc Doghnuts, KFC, Kebab, Salad, Chicken Bacon Pasta Bake with Extra Cheese (2 Servings), Ham n Cheese Toastie, Chippy Fish n Chips, Saveloi and Chicken n Muchroom Pie, Sweets, Crisps - Think that is all of it!
I have actually turned down some food. But most if the time I ended up saying "I'm on Holiday!" so ate! So cannot wait till I get to Body Pumping on Sat - Reminds me!

Got letter from the leisure centre about my Phsyio Gym Referral. I can go in! And pay cheaper rates to use Gym too! So have to ring to sort out consultation meeting soon and then see about gettign that part sorted. Hope that they can do cheap rates for Body Pumping as do enjoy doing that. Also want them to give me advice on other ways of strengthening back and losing weight.
With fact I have lost 4lbs (and probably put it back on in one weekend!) I wish to lose more but not too fast. Fast enough to notice it and feel so much better about myself as wella s look much much better!

Dare I weigh myself tonight before bed..? lmao!!!

Driven Obsession

Right, Have been really wanting to lose more weight.. I'm obsessed with it now I have seen I am losing.. heehee!! Yet, cannot get onto my Wii Fit Plus right now so will have ot wait till tonight after work. Way after work lol..
I know, it takes time but with all that has been going on I am soo happy to have found that I am losing weight! So with the fact I haven't been showing attention on my weight and just on less eating and exercising more, makes the weight seem to come off more.

So after the Bank Hol weekend away with family and friends, I will get back into the Body Pumping on Saturdays and get this fat off of me! heehee!!

Wonder, anyone fancy coming with me next sat? 9.30am costs £5.50 per session. Ring leisure centre in advance to book. See you soon!!

Lost Some!!

Cannot believe that I haven't been on the Wii for ages and just out of curiosity, I got on friday to find.. I had lost 4lbs!! And have been noticing it too.. but don't want to get hopes up so had to check it out. And yes, HAVE LOST!!!

So the extra walking, exercise I've taken up and eating less is really working! So now need to carry it on! No slacking off now.. How else am I to work it off if I think, "ah well, now i can eat wehat i want as been as i am lsoing weight!" It does not work that way...

Went to Body Pumping Sat morning. Was the best!! It's basically weights. And after the hour session I was wet from sweat and achy and shacky from the intense wight lifting. So soon as it was over I had to sit in the loo to try and get my lags back. I wouldn't have been able to walk back home all be it about a 15min trip. But really willg o again i loved it soo much! It is also engaging the back muscles so strengthening them up is what I am after. With my bad back I need to gain my 'back-bone' as it were. heehee!!

So after my holiday and maybe starting my new job, I will stick to the Sat session and maybe do another during the week. Been as with new job i will have evenings to myself again!

Discomforting Comfort

Recently I have been comfort eating..

I know, weight 'loss' n ot GAIN! But certain circumstances has made me try and seek comfort and it happens to be food.

Every 1 find themselves in this situation so u know what I am on about! But with the fact iv been doing the '1 meal a day' regime, I have found myself buying for comfort n not actually eating half of it! And when I do have just that half I mite eat later the next day as I am not hungry..
This week I have been wondering if I am 'hungry' or not so literally make sure I have 1 poper meal for stability and then any comfort food I may have it doesnt matte if I dont eat as am set for the day.

I can be odd with food at the moment but do believe that I am not really alone on this one and do hope that any who read this and relates, can find comfort from this too and less so from food.

Believe It's Working..

Over the past few weeks I have been eating 1 meal a day, walking to and from work and using my 6 Second Abs 2-3 times a week. And do believe it might be working. I know have said that I think I've lost weight but this time i can feel my abs are worked out more with the device and feel more energetic.
Despite the lack of food in my tummy. lol

So want to keep it up and with doing the Day Shift at work and not having anything to do during the hours between shifts, Will be in town for the day so will be walking more and burning more. Also with lack of funds, will be less likely to buy food.. So win, win! YAAY!!


So.. wonder what will happen if i was to keep this up for longer..? More determined this time around as sick of myself  looking so unhappy with myself. So as soon as I'm happy with myself will tackle other things wrong with my life..
