Well, what can i say?
I have a new guy in my life and i ended up putting back on.. only half a stone, but its still putting weight on i lost! I am now 10 stone not my 9 n half i was so chuffed to be at! least the new fella is more than eager to get himself into shape, despite the 'lets go out for dinner!' i would rather just go Asda and get salad n sliced meat or diced beef or pork and lightly frying that in low fat oil n adding low fat salad dressing. Making dinner is much more fun and enjoyable than going out at times..
But i am getting myself back on track.. i havent weighed myself for a few weeks but have slowed my eating down, of course cutting fat n such dwn also. i have been looking into my local leisure center for exercise sessions that are really cheap! I do miss my sessions i used to do before so soon as i can afford to, will put cash to one side for the month and get on with going to sessions twice a week of not more..
I will lose more weight!
