Forth Workout

Well weighed myself before work this evening and i am backdown to 10st 1lb. Real weird i didnt eat much day before and weigh in at 11st then weigh myself again today after not eating much and now bk to 10st 1lb.

But i have done my 4th workout of my 5week regime. And still enjoy it! I haven't been feeling well today but was able to get it completed. Iv also started to buy healthier foods n snacks. I have been looking on Asda.com online store at the Weight Watchers section. And now have a grocery list of tasty foods at low prices and calorie controlled! Also found a site that i can calculate the amount of weight i want to lose and how many points i start off with and over time slowly decrease the points to lose more. http://www.healthyweightforum.org/eng/calculators/ww-points-allowed/ check this site out, calculate how many points you are allowed to have each day and get buying weight watchers! Its the free way to lose weight and still find a easier way to count cals without having to run round with a calculator and scour the ingredients list!

Am more than eager to get those rolls off me lol
