Apologies.. I missed my workout yesterday but iv bin running around most the day and had a party to get to as well so have done more than a fair share of exercise! I know, i am supposed to do it on top of daily routine... I normally would. Changes in routine n not getting much time to eat let alone squeeze a workout in was more than frustrating!
I weighed myself this afternoon to find i am now under 10stone! 9st 12lbs to be exact! I am well chuffed with myself! And i believe i can see it coming off me as well!
So now to get some batteries for my digital scales which reads my bmi which will be a big help to get it down and read my weight more accurately. m well excited to get back to my routine that tonight, it is unscheduled as before, i will do a workout! Whilst watching my TNA wrestling lol
