I do apologize, I meant to post soon afterwards but alas, it was my
Avon Delivery Day so i had things to do soon after my workout Yesterday.
So i done a workout but what I thought was scheduled,
actually am not due to do a workout til thur! Was supposed to take a
break from my 5week regime. But i am slightly eager to get things moving
so i chose a workout which just so happened to be quite fun!
Concentrated on the core more than my fat burning regime. But it was
good. I have noticed that was less hungry during the day and knowing I
had to eat, i snacked on a couple of seafood sticks n drank loads. I
also found myself using my core more when i was breathing and moving.
They say strengthening the core makes you more balanced. I certain have
felt something weird!
Oh, also forgot! i weighed
myself as well and i am still 10st 1lb. nothing put on n nothing
shifted.. but it has only been a few days so am not expecting the earth
to move or anything! Think when i am not doing my workout regime, some
sit ups, side planks n plank to carry on building my core up and burn
calories at the same time as i do during my busy days out and about...
