Due to my shoulder n side of mu neck still feeling sore, i am not goig to do my workout today. i can't risk doing it and end up making myself worse for work the next day.
but i will weigh myself. but do warn you all, I ran out of sweetners few days ago and tea wit sugar has not helped!
well i now weigh in at 141.2lbs = 10st. So now i have to get bk on track.. once i get paid can go shopping!! for now sugar is cut down in tea as well as other drinks n foods. it is my undoing
