17th Feb 2013 - Hangover

Apologies i have been late posting this one..

So Sat 16th was the best ever! Thankies to all who come along! Best bday yet!
Day after the night before, hangover was bad enough but not too bad! Sat i ate quite a bit more than normal cos i would be drinking that night and sunday drinking loads to rehydrate and ate also. So i have been more naughty than normal and my workout was scheduled for Sunday.

It was a new workout and i thoroughly enjoyed it. Got to sweat out the toxins and even the hangover! Felt well good after! Although with all the sit ups i have been doing lately and the dancing i did Sat, my muscles are still aching now! But i know that it is more than deserved and worth it! I didn't weigh myself but I do have a workout scheduled for today so i will weigh myself soon and do my workout and be back to post my workout for today. I do believe i have put on a tad with being naughty over the past few days. But i am getting on track and carrying on with my sit ups in between my Workout Regime as i do need to burn off more than i am currently doing with my regime right now.

Once i have finished this Regime, i will set my own regime and vary the Workouts with Fat Burning and Core Building
