Well, it was my bday yesterday and yes, i had things to do! Workout happening to be one of them! Lol
I got to do my workout with Davina but i didn't weigh myself or write my blog but it was enjoyable. Satisfaction guaranteed with a workout! And today i weighed myself.
135.5lbs = 9.679 st. I am the same which is a good sign. I haven't put on so i can start with my more vigorous regime to get my fat really burning! So in between my workouts i will be doing sit ups and pacing on the spot to get the blood rushing n tum muscles finally working more.
Have my new Regime in place now, am excited do some new moves to target different areas of the body. Soon after this regime i will keep with fat burning as well as tum toning myself.
I also have my motivation here on my laptop
Just a lil something to remind me i am doing it, dont give up!
