Finally got to do my scheduled workout and i enjoyed it! As always i do.
Iv also started using a fun new app for android, ipad and iphone http://www.myfitnesspal.com/RitaHRep is my profile where you can get to follow my progress on weight loss, diet of the day and give me encouragement! I also have a lol badge that shows my progress thus far so keep an eye on it! It seems very interesting and easy to use! S an the barcode of the packet and it instantly logs down how much fat n such is in it and the cals in it. You will set yourself a goal and plan out your meals for the day ahead of time. As long as you stick to the set plan, you can edit it during the day and it will adjust they amount of cals you have left. If you are under the relevent cals to be able to lose, as well as logging exercise including walking, light cleaning, stairs etc. it all counts, you can soon start to see that you can lose weight gradually!
