I have recently had some personal problems as well as having my nephews with bad colds, one who has asthma ended up stopping in hospital on Mon so I have been looking after his brother while the family were busy doing running around and being with him.
So i apologise that. Haven't been able to blog, do my workout or fill out my myfitnesspal diary. I have been eating comfy food, working very early in the morning and having my nephew so the beginning of this week hasn't been fun. He is back home now so i have been enjoying spending time in bed resting from the mental stress as well as the heavy physical labour of deep cleaning at 6am!
Nothing like finding a different way to workout and find it is more productive!
I will weigh myself soon to see the damage, but i am getting back on track with my eating routine.. Slowly does it! Lol
