I done my workout yesterday and before i carried it out, i weighed myself.
137.7lbs = 9.836st
So that week off i had, is finally catching up with me. I still kept my diet as usual, but no workouts.. So i am starting to gather it back on again..
So with my second workout, i might start doing few extras during the days i am to rest on the Regime.
The current regime to date..
