Despite getting myself back on track.. Hasn't really worked out that way. I have been out Sat for friend's bday n drank a tad too much and ended up getting KFC on Sunday.
So tonight is my usual Regime workout and to add more of a punishment, i will do a second workout on top! So 40mins workout instead of the usual 20mins. Need to work off the extra i have consumed and teach me to behave better knowing i have been naughty! I will be back on track this week until Sat, which is my bday bash.. I will let loose but will not eat badly and keep up with the Regime and add extra in between! Going to push myself again as i did before. Miss not losing weight!
