Over the past few weeks i have been sorting myself out personally and trying to get finances sorted also.
So have cut myself from the world outside, mainly friends. I believe they know it is for the best and have left me to it. But my eating habits have become erratic at best.
Fruit some days, crisps mostly along with eating loads some days and others not being bothered to eat much at all. I know it is unhealthy for me. And with my batteries in my digital scales gone, i can't see what damage is done! But normally when. Put some on i can see it in my face n feel my chest get heavier than they are. But they are still light and my face doesn't seem as big as i expect. Maybe the fact i am doing extra shifts at work and stressing has helped to burn it off!? Who knows? What i am going to do now is while i am doing extra shifts, try and eat less and hopefully burn what i am carrying than what i eat to compensate!
