Done a bit of an intensive ab workout.. My tummy aches but it is worth it!
Weighed myself also and i come in at 135.7lbs = 9.693 st. So i have put on a little but not much. Which is good! My acting has started to calm down now, no more comfort eating and less meals as well.
I have also got a bit bored and fed up with Davina as i have tried to follow the regime set by it but i find i end up missing it as the log on my calendar isn't set to beep loudly at me to remind me when it is, i have to double check when i am next due to work out.
So from now on, i will do set workouts as and when i see fit and also focus on my core workouts also. Then i can get my heart pumping as well as tone n hone my core muscles. There are some free video books on iPad that are good for this so these i will follow and pick up their tricks to do when i have spare few mins at home.

I've learned a good deal from this publish.
