I meant to blog on 2nd Jan about my dedication to Working out and seeing about losing some weight. But alas, forgot to do so....
So here i am! I have been doing a workout using Davina's workout app for iPhones or iPads. It is free to use but can be limited on the kind of workouts you can do.. But it is pennies to purchase the access the whole of the app. So i am doing a workout regime set for me ova a 6 week sessions.
On 2nd Jan i was 10st 2lbs. Each workout i will weigh myself before hand. So tomoz i will weight myself and then do another workout. I am more than eager to get weight off this year as i am saving up to go to Zante with my friends. First time going on holiday with them and abroad! Ireland doesnt count as i dnt need a passport for it just provisional licence. Lol so bikini'ish' bod is soon coming!
