Second Workout

Well have literally finished my Second Workout with Davina and i thoroughly enjoyed it! Still work up a sweat doing 20mins of heart pumping slogging and i have been feeling my legs and tum muscles are pulsing.

Before each workout i am to weigh myself. I am now 10st 1lb - lost 1lb! Could wellbe water retention or gone to the loo beforehand but it's a lb iv got rid of due to eating a tad more healthily, less and working out regularly. I am eager for my next weigh in and workout!
