Sad to admit it but yea, a whole year off of weighing in, fitness, diets etc. and am not proud of it! But this year is different.
I am not going to be OTT with diets and fitness, obsessing over weighing in or getting more steps in... I am doing what I do but fit in a bit more exercise when I can, diet a few days a week to cut cals and fit in 10,000 steps a day minimum.
Now to get over this flaming cold and get myself healthy again!!
