Super Food with Lark

I have been super good today with this new Lark app. It's a nutritional specialist that coaches u into good habits.


And with getting over this bad cold and a bad week last week of either not eating, throwing up or eating nothing but takeaway, I am more than eager to stick to the straight and narrow!

So brought plenty of oranges to boost my immune system and a better snack than crisps and chocolate. And so far have had a handful of salt and vinegar peanuts and 2 oranges. Can safely say, do not feel hungry! Drinking plenty as well to kind of fill myself up and keep fluids topped up. 
I feel loads better today with this new regime and just having a steak, chips and veg after work tonight to get more of my meat and potato fix! Smaller periods than normal, well, more my partner's kind of normal! Lol growing out than up there...

Will post a pic of my dinner tomoz. Might just have to stock up on fresh fruit, veg, meat and get freezing meals.
