Frm wot i said b4...

I always 4get that it delays and so the nxt day it tells me something WAY afterwards...

I bloody ACHE!
Thighs, biceps,triceps, shoulders, back, neck, buttocks, sides, tum - all areas i wana get fat off! Yay!!

So 2moz wil get bk on boxing n sat n do cardio sun 2wind down 4work monday.. Dont wana ova do it eh?

Digital Dodgy Scales!!!

I have noticed... If I stand on the scales further back or forward... the scales go from 136 to 142 lbs!!! so now i have no idea if I am losing weight or standing wrong!!!

I now weigh, supposedly, 136.7lbs.... I wonder if I really weigh that much!!?


I've started to eat Rice and really enjoying it!! Last night had battered fish and rice and was Delish!!
Today I done rice and Stewed steak and I loved every bit of it!!! LOL Evan though I've eaten over an hr ago, I wana do more!!! LOL Is that bad!??

at least with the scales... I can lose a little just by standing funny on it!!

Think its Obsession!

Nw just weighd myself n am 136.6lbs. Wil see how body processes food n drink frm very late tea 9pm and try burn off eithr cardio or boxing..

Thinkin 2much bout healthier foods that wil do seperate shop frm main food shop we do! Fella doesnt like 2eat new foods 2often and healthy 4im is garden peas, pickled onions, beetroot, salad cream n piccalilli! Lmao!!
I can do salads, any fruit, raw veg etc. but atm am havin less chips n more pasta n rice wiv meat n fish.. All the chipshop batterd fish n processd chicken in crumbs or marinade.. At least am cuttin fat intake dwn! Lol

Am enjoyin havin a tin of broken manderins durin day.. Vitamin c, juice and natural sugars no fat! Pure health in a tin! Yay!! 25p 2 cant go wrong!

Up to 137.7lbs today. Which isn't too bad...

Have been doing my Boxing workout 2day... Mum-in-law-2be was out so got 2sessions in... Legs are toning and arms feel nothing really... Should be feeling slight ache in arms btu think cos I'm used to it now I need to get my lower body sorted!! lol But really wana concentrate on my Torso though... that needs to be shifted!! and with trying to eat less fat n smaller portions... think body will think its starving and so eat it off me!!! YAAYYY!! Get this FLAB off me!!!

Weight


Up to 137.0lbs today... have been trying to get back into my exercise again... think i need to force myself and feel better for it too!! but after few months off I went straight into it and done half hour of cardio on sunday and it killed me com monday evening working!! so have tried to use my legs bit more and leave the cardio... think will get onto Boxing as haven't been on for YONKS!! and mum-in-law-2be is out too so get more chance to play on it when i wana!!

I am more determined to get myself shaped up more...

This is why.....
Meet my IMVU Avatar Thallasia, she is me when I was alot fitter!!! And more confident about it all!! Cocky as you will....LOL And I am basing myself on her now... or how I would love to get bk to!!! 

She is FIT as... and can show it off as much as she likes!!! I've spent over £40 on creedits to get her kitted out!! not to mention the free credits aslo spent on her!! LOL And it's really meaningless when you think about it!! I base my new lookin self on her and will NEVER get to it!! 
But would LOVE to be her!!! simple life, no food, drink, do what she wants, no work, no money needed, has clothes etc. bought for her... I mean who Wouldn't wana be her!!!??? 


I am sooo jealous!! But love her to DEATH!!! Literally!!!

Sorry..... No Bikini This Yr!!!

I'm gutted!!! that all my hard work and determination hasn't paid off... and getting depressed with work hasn't helped either!!! at least my weight didnt go up or down too much during.....

But it doesnt seem to stay steady tho... it gets to around 135lbs - 141lbs now Dr's might say that can be normal as retaining fluid and food then losing it during the day and weeks and then gaining it again. but I say YAY to when I lose... and BOOO when I gain!! Why doesnt it just STAY OFF!!!!

And people wonder why some get SSOOOO obsessed with it!!! That they weigh their food and their shit aswell to see how much the body has retained... But they don't nderstand that it is what it combined IN the food that puts weight on not how much it weighs after it passes!!!
  • Sugars
  • Salts
  • Fats - Saturates and Poly Unsaturates
  • Carbs
  • Artificial Ingredients
These all can make your body turn it into fat to store for later - Incase You don't eat later!! 
Which we know you will eat probably 10mins after your main meal!!! And I don't mean the pudding!!
All I can say is, I will try again with the exercising as that seemed to be helping a bit with losing... And with eating little more regularly and consistantly, maybe body won't hold it all and maybe burn the bits it already kept for later!! Wouldn't THAT be nice!??!??

Weight



I weigh 135.5lbs today... With no diet and no exercising... In fact have been more lazy with no school run and just doing evening shift!!! Shows that less can well be more!! LOL

But soon will start back onto my exercising game again and see how much I can lose this time. Most i had got down to was 133.5lbs from 149.1lbs so with the fact I have done less but eating little more regularly seems to be good for me... Little and often!! feel bad eating often.. i do craveto snack alot!! but think having 2main meals a day works now I've got time to!!

Stopped Exercising... But thinking...

I have stopped exercising for a while due to being depressed and wanting to get sorted with my work life... now stopped doing day shift just do school run n evenings I have more time for myself and to get bk into Exercising again... think will try a few days a week to get excited about doing it again as i have lost interest in it....



So I do hope that with more time to exercise and maybe get confidence to get back into it all!!
