Aching After a Good Session

Was quiet at the Power Plate yesterday. Which was nice in a way.. Got the legs, core and arms going and now aching a bit from the workout today. Not as much as my first session which was brutal! But, did work little harder to kind of punish myself for the bad eating recently.

So enjoying all this free time I have this week. Although with that I do have to walk to work and home again.. so getting more exercise than when I am doing school run and being dropped off at work.. So being good(ish) as regards the food and eating so far.. slowed quite a lot and hope to start to notice some weight loss.

Who am I trying to kid..? It took me over a month to lose 4lbs last time and a few days to put it back on..! Don’t want to stop now but need to get my head around food and exercise will help better then..

 

Do wish my shoulder would get better though.. Really hasn’t recovered since pulling it few months ago..

Eating less today–FEeling hungry

Well this is the downer to eating less to try and get the body to burn the fat off rather than food in the tummy – feeling hungry! Hurting right now but once I get back to how I was before and having my tummy shrink more to fit less in, will feel much better about myself and start to lose weight more easily.

Can’t wait to get into the Gym for my 6week referral. Will thoroughly punish myself in there and get my weight off before the time is up there.. Might end up joining the gym – If i find myself enjoying it as well as Power Plate and Body Pump during the week. Least then Will be able to carry on getting the weight off if the 6weeks isn’t enough time.

Really do want to get back into shape.. As I can feel my abs are truly there.. with all the crunching and such, under the flab, I can feel they are more toned and doing crunches is easier than before, so use a weight now to make it a little harder.. So just need to get fat off with loads of cardio.. hence the gym! That will be the fast part of the session and the others will be muscular targeting. I can see that the fat on me has become more rolled than being spread out.. Strange to explain really but you can feel when the fat on you changes – breaking down really. Gross to think about but if you re struggling and started dieting and exercise, grab  a flabby part and after 6weeks do it again.. you can feel it feels more softer or watery like. Breaking down! lol

Well, think it is time to find something to eat… gone since 12.30pm eating a small pizza.. My diet isn’t eating right but I lost few pounds just eating less so it will work for me. If you fancy trying it as well then go ahead!  You never know, eating small portions and less often, little or no snacking and exercising or walking loads, can shed loads too! Open-mouthed smile

Looking Slimmer (in the face)

Been noticing that in my cheeks I look slimmer.. Nothing that others may notice but I have been ‘subconsciously’ looking for something and maybe hopes are high but think I do look slimmer..

Well fingers crossed anyway! Now with going to Power Plate Mon and Hoping to do Gym Referral on a Thur then Sat is Body Pump – Slimmer Me Will Be Here!!

Eating has been a little better.. Think that with eating a little less and trying not to snack as much has been helping.. So more walking and punishment when working out.. Should go to sleep so will be bright eyed in the morning of Body Pump. NAH!! Will put an extra weight on though! Will feel it by time I get home from the walk afterwards.. eeekk!

Soo can’t wait though.. Do enjoy going a lot! Really want to buy some weights for home.. but nowhere to put them within reach without packing them away up in the loft! Sigh! And owning a Power Plate would be THE BEST!!! Relaxation on the plate is bliss.. and if you sit on it right, you end up with the biggest smile on your face! Wonder what it would be like having your partner with you..? Winking smile

Power Plate Bliss

Thoroughly enjoyed my session on the Power Plate this afternoon… Much better and easier on me this time around than my first time.. Talk about putting me off!

So this time around was more overall workout rather than it being concentrated on just the legs and cardio.. Was very good! Loved doing it even when I was puffed out! heehee

Right I haven’t had too much to eat today.. 3 nutella sandwiches and few grapes. I know, defeats the object of the workout.. but you have to admit, I’ve still got running around at work tonight do to as well as an hour long walk home.. So need some sugar to burn off as well as fat! As would be run down before I even start!

So having a little sugar will help a load to get the fire burning and then reserves will be burnt more easily when in full swing!  Winking smile

Yo-Yo Dieting

Seem to be up and down recently with my eating and the weight has been doing the same.. Feel that I have a bit of a Bad Relationship with food. Just like Claire from Steps who also has this problem… Though, I haven’t blown up and then lost loads and gone back and forth that way… The weight I lost before, you couldn’t see that I was slimmer. I felt slimmer and it was great to see I had lost! But soon thought I could have a treat and then haven’t stopped treating myself!

 

So really do need to start back again and stick to it.. Really loved how good I felt when I had lost the weight, watching the numbers slowly go down and checking my clothes to see if I was losing it form anywhere specific… But have noticed that it has come back again.

 

Have been starting Power Plate during the week. Goodness that was the worst thing to do when you feel really ill.. Tried it last week and it is only half hour, but it works your muscles faster than normal. Should Explain..

It is a plate that you stand on and do certain moves, it vibrates at speed engaging your muscles. So standing on it for 10mins is like doing over an hour workout! FAST! I was bright red and sweaty as hell! the most enduring workout ever! And so the best to do during the week! This will definitely help with losing weight. Now to target the diet!

Uh-Oh....

So my Gym referral has finally got through! Went wednesday morning to fill out some forms and finalise things before doing walk around the Gym and see hwo things work. Then soon going to start going once a week to work ou loads to burn much of my fat off of me.


Really need to get that started up soon and finally get going with my workout again and food intake. It hasn't been too good recently. Think I am soon due on as my hormones are allover the place and cravings are off the scale! So really do need to reign it in..

Well, was weighed at the Gym and have gone up to 10st 1lb now. Ugh - really has got bad now!
